出国のための準備活動を目的とする特定活動の期間内において中長期の在留を可能とする在留資格変更申請が出入国在留管理局に受理され、特例期間になった期間中に日本を出国した場合に再入国は不可能となります。

中長期の在留を許可された在留資格の有効期限内に在留資格の更新申請や変更申請が受理されたのち、当初許可された在留資格の有効期限を超過した場合であっても最大2か月間は特例期間として適法に本邦（日本国）に在留できます。

そしてこの間であれば、本邦（日本国）を出国しても特例期間中であることを理由に本邦（日本）に再入国が可能です。

しかし、在留資格の変更申請や更新申請がいったん不許可処分とされ、出国準備活動のための特定活動（31日）の期間中に再度変更申請や更新申請が受理され特例期間となった場合はいったん出国したのちの再入国はできません。これは特定活動が中長期の滞在を認める在留資格ではないためです。もし万が一うっかり出国した場合には、再度、日本に入国するための認定証明書交付申請（COE)の申請をおこなう必要があります。

なお、出国準備活動のための特定活動の期間が31日ではなく30日の場合は、そもそもこの期間内の再申請は受理されないのでご注意ください（東京出入国在留管理局）。

以出国准备活动为目的的特定活动期间内，变更为允许中长期居留的在留资格申请已被出入国在留管理局受理，但如果在特例期间内出国，将无法再次入境。

即使在被允许中长期居留的在留资格有效期内，更新或变更在留资格的申请已被受理，在最初批准的在留资格有效期超过后，仍可在最多两个月的特例期间内合法居留在日本（日本国）。

并且在此期间内，即使出国，也可以以特例期间为由再次入境日本（日本国）。

然而，如果在留资格的变更或更新申请一旦被拒，并且在为出国准备活动的特定活动（31天）期间再次受理了变更申请或更新申请成为特例期间的情况下，出国后将无法再次入境。这是因为特定活动并不是允许中长期居留的在留资格。如果不慎出国，则需要重新申请入境日本的在留资格认定证明书（COE）。

另外，请注意，如果出国准备活动的特定活动期间为30天而非31天，则此期间内的重新申请将不被受理（东京出入国在留管理局）。

The application for a change of residence status, which allows mid- to long-term residence during the period of a designated activity aimed at preparing for departure, has been accepted by the Immigration Services Agency of Japan. However, if you leave Japan during this special period, re-entry will not be permitted.

Even if an application to renew or change the residence status has been accepted after the approval of mid- to long-term residence and the original residence status has expired, you may remain legally in Japan for up to two months as a special period.

During this time, it is possible to leave Japan and re-enter, as the special period allows re-entry into Japan.

However, if the application for change or renewal of residence status is once rejected, and a new application is accepted during the 31-day designated activity period for preparing for departure, re-entry will not be permitted once you leave Japan. This is because the designated activity does not qualify as a residence status that permits mid- to long-term stay. In the event that you accidentally leave Japan, you will need to apply for a Certificate of Eligibility (COE) to enter Japan again.

Please note that if the period for the designated activity for preparing for departure is 30 days instead of 31, re-application during this period will not be accepted (Tokyo Immigration Services Agency).
